Style Savvy - The look for overcast summer days

As promised in yesterday's post in Style Theory, today I am bringing you the practical side. So without further ado:

Black and white gingham shirt - Stephen Cole
Blue jeans - Levi's Silver Tab
White sneakers - J Exchange
Black linen sports coat - House of Monatic
Pocket square - Tailored

I'd wear such a look to a brunch meeting or the Young Basadzi Women Of Poetry Durban Performance at the BAT centre or Collections 2009 Exhibition on Florida road Morningside. Any daytime event where the outfit would be accentuated.

PG: Man to man, generation to generation.

That's a good look, for sure. But honestly, it's time to ditch the "no-belt" crusade. It looks like something is missing; a nice chunky black belt would've completed this.

Thanks man. I was wearing a belt too, just that the shirt was taking all the attention.

Thanks for reading.

My bad, sorry about that, I couldn't see it. Again, it's a good look, for sure.
